  Ideas on the Database design for Master question/answer catalog 

  Can be done MS Access based of flat file csv based or xml. 
   SAHPA already uses MS Access.

     Records can reflect the file description above.
    One question - up to 10 answers 
 
   A test can have up to 200 questions?
   There is a 64k limit for a VB object 

   One question can have one picture along with the question 
   A question might also have a reference for the pilot where to find more background info,
    some  text field that can be an url, a book, ...
   
   An answer can have one picture with the answer
