   Version , a Number, what file format version is used. Is now 2

    Flag for choosing a test or using this test immediately from the code,
      1 = show the directory choice
      0 = open the test immediately

     Flag if the code is encrypted or plain, used for testing
        0 = plain csv
        1 = encrypted

     Flag if the test is unlimited tries = 0,  or once only = 1, 2,3,4,..
       
    A unique id, identifying this test , gets created when test is generated,
     has to be a string which can be used as a file name for the results file

    Type of test,  P = Paragliding , H = Hang Gliding , String*1

     Level ,  B = Basic , S = Sport ,  String*1

    name of test person , String

    SAHPA identification ,  like member number  String

   encryption key for the test data file , String 

   number of questions in this test 

   0 or 1,  1 = the str file gets encrypted
